Deeply cupped, hard shells with plump meats make these a delight and easy to shuck. And are cleansed to mitigate the chance of foodborne illness.
 
We are now offering a drive-up option (1 mile up the road). For your safety you are required to bring your own cooler with ice to hold shell stock. You want to be able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 45°F or less.

Available hours for pick up are Thursday's 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and Saturday's 9-10 AM. All shipments go out Thursday or earlier (when the option is available). They will not last long, we expect to sell out. Pre order only no purchase onsite is available. Must have orders in by 9 AM Wednesday.
